The stay was absolutely chill out. The place was nicely appointed and exceptional and the staff were very efficient, the location was stunning very close to the ferry port to the other Canary Islands. The room was nicely decorated and well-kept and had a modern interior. The service was very good and the pool was very clean.

Could be great for celebrating birthday. Flawless accommodation, the breakfast was fantastic, super location to the nicer beach at Los Americas. The check-in was speedy, we really enjoyed outdoor bar. Moreover, they had good signal of free Wi-Fi.

Everything is nice here, had a VERY POSITIVE stay for 6 nights early May 2018. The location is great, near the communal areas as well as the large weekly market - couldn't be better. Also, it's close to Port of Los Cristianos.

Thank you, you are amazing! The place is lovely and great and has super location in a taxi driving down from the North of the Island. It is fantastic and fabulous for personal drinks, good enough for celebrating birthday. The staff are fine and charming, giving their best to make the stay a fabulous experience. All in all they offer fantastic service. It has ample parking, outdoor bar.

It was near market, which was very close by on Sunday morning, and all the bars around the hotels and the mirador area, incredible location overall. The hotel was a few steps away from playa de las americas and in front of port of los cristianos. The bathroom was excellent. One could dine at restaurants such as Charly Bar 10 minutes away. We really enjoyed staying at h10 big sur.
